China Pearl Restaurant

This place in the last 5 months has it rock bottom, new owners that can not speak english, a guy??? That has rotten teeth and a rotten attitude yelling abuse, but all night seemed to just stand in the same place doing nothing, if the owners can not see what this single man??? Woman??? Has created for this restaurant then they will not last another six months, am I being harsh? No I have eaten in many many restaurants all around the world, but Honestly this is a sinking ship. The two people that served me one a younger girl and the other an older Asian lady, done everything to make it a pleasant as they could 5 🌟 maybe you ladies need to find a restaurant that promotes your abilities, instead of being dragged down by one Male ??? staff member that just seems to be on the take. Check your Till if she's??? in charge. The food, well again has changed since owe last visit, bland, some meet? taste like fish, the vegetables rubbery, the only taste was all the spices that try to distinguish the taste of fish, that we did not order. Never Again. First who am I speaking with? Are you the owner? If so could I have your full name and direct contact number. I would be more than happy to visit the restaurant after I know who I am speaking with and have a sit down conversation with the owner, but was told when I asked for the owner that she could not speak English by a lady?? at the register the one with bad teeth, who I highly suspect is not doing China Pearl any good what so ever. And by the sound of the reply, I would really love to know who typed this message. So I'll await a reply and like I said would love to sit down and go over real footage with the owner personally, it's not about the money, it's about doing the right thing. But life for me is busy, I Live not far away and would be available Most weekends. Regards

In these trying times for business it is wonderful to see management and junior staff doing their very best to keep everyone happy. It is amazing to see so many patient diners showing a little grace when small things went wrong. It was extremely disappointing to see one senior couple take great delight heaping criticism on all around them. For them to order food to be delivered a certain way and then to complain that it’s not like they make it simply shows an ignorance of the dining out process. You order hot , it comes hot - you complain it’s too hot ! Simply , you go and you enjoy the offering. If it’s not to your taste, move on and try somewhere else. To the management who dealt with this with grace and dignity - thank you and well done. You deserve better. Yes I will go again the food was good and the price very reasonable.
